Power of Touch Workshops $500 Testimonial Drawing
Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor
The Power of Touch Workshops $500 Testimonial Drawing (“Drawing”) is sponsored by Touch Factor Massage, Inc., doing business as Power of Touch Workshops, 4464 Fremont Ave N, Suite 101, Seattle, WA 98103 (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
The Drawing is open to individuals who:
Are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry;
Have previously participated in a Power of Touch Couple’s Massage Workshop; and
Submit an eligible video testimonial during the Promotion Period.
Employees of Sponsor and members of their immediate households are not eligible to win.
3. Promotion Period
The Drawing begins at 12:01 AM on 8/25/2025 Pacific Time and ends at 11:59 PM on 9/15/2026 Pacific Time (“Promotion Period”).
All eligible submissions must be received before the end of the Promotion Period.
4. How to Enter
To enter, use the testimonial link provided by Power of Touch Workshops and submit a video testimonial through the designated testimonial submission form during the Promotion Period.
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter.
Limit one Drawing entry per eligible testimonial submission.
The content, opinion, enthusiasm, length, production quality, or sentiment of your testimonial has no effect on your chance of winning.
Your testimonial does not need to be positive. We want your honest experience.
5. Minimum of 25 Eligible Submissions Required
The Drawing will take place only if Power of Touch Workshops receives at least 25 eligible video testimonial submissions during the Promotion Period.
If fewer than 25 eligible video testimonial submissions are received by the deadline, the Drawing will not be held and the $500 prize will not be awarded.
Any separate thank-you benefit offered for submitting an eligible video testimonial is not affected by whether the 25-submission threshold is reached.
6. Prize
If the minimum of 25 eligible submissions is reached, one winner will receive:
$500 cash
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $500.
The winner is responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes or other obligations associated with accepting the prize.
7. Winner Selection
If at least 25 eligible video testimonials are received during the Promotion Period, one winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.
The drawing will take place on or approximately September 30, 2026.
Every eligible entry has an equal chance of being selected.
The Drawing is based on chance. The quality or content of a participant’s testimonial will not affect the selection of the winner.
8. Odds of Winning
The Drawing will occur only if at least 25 eligible submissions are received.
If exactly 25 eligible entries are received, the odds of winning are 1:25.
If more than 25 eligible entries are received, the odds of winning will be 1:[TOTAL NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED].
9. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address or other contact information provided with the testimonial submission.
The potential winner must respond within 7 days after the first notification attempt.
If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required period, declines the prize, or is determined to be ineligible, Sponsor may randomly select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.
10. Your Testimonial Does Not Have to Be Positive
Power of Touch Workshops is asking participants to share their honest experiences.
Eligibility for the Drawing, the participant’s chance of winning, and any separate thank-you benefit offered for submitting a testimonial are not conditioned upon giving a positive testimonial or saying anything favorable about Power of Touch Workshops.
Participants are encouraged to share their genuine opinions and experiences.
11. Permission to Share Your Testimonial
Submitting a video testimonial and entering the Drawing does not automatically give Power of Touch Workshops unrestricted permission to publish it.
During the testimonial submission process, participants will be given choices regarding whether and where Power of Touch Workshops may share their testimonial.
Power of Touch Workshops will use the testimonial according to the sharing permissions selected by the participant.
Choosing to keep a testimonial private does not affect eligibility for the Drawing or the participant’s chance of winning.
12. Testimonial Incentives and Disclosure
Participants who submit an eligible video testimonial may be offered a separate thank-you benefit and may also be eligible to participate in this Drawing.
These incentives are offered in exchange for participating and providing an honest testimonial, not for providing a positive testimonial.
If Power of Touch Workshops publicly uses a testimonial from a participant who was offered an incentive for providing it, Power of Touch Workshops may include an appropriate disclosure indicating that the participant was offered or received an incentive for sharing their experience.
13. Participant Content
By submitting a testimonial, each participant represents that:
The testimonial reflects their own genuine experience and opinions;
They have the right to submit the video and other content included with their submission; and
If another identifiable person appears in the testimonial, the participant has obtained that person’s permission to participate in and submit the testimonial.
Any public use of the testimonial remains subject to the sharing permissions selected during submission.
14. Disqualification
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that:
Are fraudulent or intentionally misleading;
Are submitted by someone who does not meet the eligibility requirements;
Are duplicates or attempts to obtain additional entries;
Contain content the participant does not have the right to submit; or
Otherwise materially violate these Official Rules.
15. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, extend, or modify the Drawing if circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control materially affect the administration, security, fairness, or integrity of the Drawing, subject to applicable law.
Sponsor’s decisions concerning eligibility, administration of the Drawing, and selection of the winner are final, subject to applicable law.
16. Privacy
Contact information collected in connection with the Drawing will be used to administer the Drawing, identify and contact participants and the potential winner, and for other purposes described in the applicable Power of Touch Workshops privacy policy.
Public use of a participant’s name, video, testimonial, or other submitted information will be governed by the permissions selected during the testimonial submission process.
17. Governing Law
The Drawing is subject to applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Washington.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
